Steven G. Day, Senior Vice President and Regional Manager for all FNTG operations in New Jersey, as well as certain operations in New York, has been promoted to FNTG Executive Vice President and Division 4 Manager. In his new position, Day is responsible for all FNTG direct and agency operations in the Northeast, from Maine through Virginia. He will maintain offices at FNTG corporate headquarters in Jacksonville, FL, as well as locally within his Division.
Day joined Chicago Title’s legal staff as counsel in its Providence, RI office in 1986. In December, 1990, he was made manager of Chicago’s Rhode Island operations, a position he held until the summer of 1994, when he relocated to New Jersey to assume command of direct and agency operations in this State. He was subsequently given responsibility for certain New York operations as well.
Day was graduated from the University of Bridgeport (CT) in 1976 with a B.S. in Business Administration, and was graduated from Suffolk Law School in Boston in 1979 with a Juris Doctor degree. He was admitted to the Bars of Massachusetts and Rhode Island in 1979 and 1981 (respectively), where he practiced law prior to joining Chicago Title in 1986. Day and his wife Patricia have 3 children, Christine, Erica and Adam, and three grandchildren.
Day will be replaced as Regional Manager in New Jersey and other locations by Larry S. Tuliszewski, who has most recently served as Commercial Services Regional Manager for Lawyers Title and Commonwealth.
Tuliszewski joined the Philadelphia home office of Commonwealth Land Title in a financial capacity in 1980. Since 1987, Larry has held various operational positions with Lawyers Title/Commonwealth, including direct, agency and title plant management. He is currently located in the Philadelphia office.
Larry was graduated from LaSalle University in Philadelphia in 1977, and is a Certified Public Accountant in Pennsylvania. Larry and his wife Carmella reside in Norristown, PA and have two children, Kevin and Christine.
